OPP investigates the possible liaisons of the two escort-trade workers’ deaths

The Police of Ontario probes a possible connection between the homicide of escort-trade worker L. Freeman and the evoking suspicions death of ex-escort K. Freeland, whose body was jetted at a remote Caledon. Both cases are disturbingly alike, from lifestyles of the women to their names and similar appearance.


The first girl, aged twenty three, was shot right in the head and left to die in the remote area of the Toronto Port. She was not undressed. Both women were from the Western Canada. Police officials are under the pressure to share the information in the murder investigations in light of the R. Pickton public revelations. They cannot certainty say whether the girls employment had to do with the murder.


They suppose it may be a serial killer job,” she admitted, drawing some “parallels.” The close friend of Freeland’s said that she was struck by the “strange” similarities. The public was touched when the family stated that they have no money to bring the body home and bury properly.
