Kluk: utmost desire for justice

A Russian who had been staying at the same church as A. Kluk, informed jurors that she owed it to killed Polish student, just to ensure that the justice has been done. The trial heard from the Catholic church officer who interrogated whether Angelika was working as an escort. Evidences were given from the both sides. P. Tobin, aged sixty, denied raping and killing A. Kluk, and hiding her body. Russian student R. Dordi, aged thirty, told the court that the night when Angelika's body was found under the floor, Father G. Nugent seemed to know where the body was. Defense agent D. Findlay asked Miss Dordi: "Can you say whether Father Nugent knew where was the body?"

Miss Dordi replied answered that he certainly did. Mr Findlay asked whether he is the person who considers religion seriously and you sworn by the God almighty. Do you accept it seriously, and the witness answered, yes, very. Miss Dordi described how exactly Angelika was "flirtatious" with the man being accused of murdering and raping her. The witness told that she has seen the Polish student and P. Tobin in the St Patrick's Church garage. During her evidence the witness told that they were "giggling and "laughing".

The witness had admitted that she had no dislike to Ms Kluk, but he did not seem to approve some things that she was doing. Though Mr. Tobin denied the murder, in an attempt to defeat the justice, and trying to pervert the justice. He denied rape as well, claiming that he had sexual intercourse with Angelika on her consent. The trial is still continues.
